Please call us or send a message through the patient portal one week before refills are needed. Pharmacies may continue to send electronic refill requests.
If you have not been seen for your last scheduled visit and have not been seen for more than 6 months or have more than 2 cancelled appointments in a row, only one 30 day courtesy refill will be given until you are seen in the office.
